My Bug is playing a strange sound
Your battery could be low – it sounds like this:
Here’s how to change the battery:
Alternatively, your memory could be full – it sounds like this:
If so, disconnect your leads, send your recordings and the memory will be cleared.
Sometimes it might be saying “hello – goodbye – hello – goodbye” like this:
This means that one (or both) of your stickers are coming loose. Check them and change the loose one.
I think my Bug is dead 🙁
OK, let’s not panic. We can do a test. Disconnect your leads from the stickers. Press the red button – if there’s no response then the battery is flat.
Change the battery. Here’s how:
My skin is really irritated
This can happen. Give your skin a rest – just put the new one next to where the old one was.

I’ve run out of stickers
There’s three ways to get more:
- Call us on 1800 529 275 and talk to our friendly HeartBug team
- Use the app – it’s in the menu at “More Stickers”
- Reply to the Welcome Text with a message like this: “Stickers please! My Name. My address.”
I’m trying to send and it won’t!
