How to Find a Patient

When you login, the patient list is shown.

Relax! You don’t have to read the whole list. Type a name (or even a few letters) into the search box on the top left corner of the screen and the list will magically shrink.

Click on the patients’ name to view their ECGs.

To Enrol a Patient

PLEASE ALWAYS ENROL THE PATIENT BEFORE YOU GIVE THEM THE HEARTBUG!

Here’s the important things to know:

DOB

Date of Birth. When you click it, a calendar will pop up. We use this to identify the patient, so please ensure it is correct.

Mobile number

We send a text to the patient straight away. It has a link to the app, video instructions and our support line. This is important to fill in correctly.

If they don’t have a mobile, please put in their home number so we can still provide telephone support.

Doctor

When you click it you will see a list of your doctors. Choose the referring doctor. They will be able to log in themselves and see their own patients.

HeartBug Serial No.

When you click it you will see a list of your available Bugs. The number of the Bug you are issuing is shown on the back of the box in the bottom right corner.
