How to Find a Patient

Relax! You don’t have to read the whole list. Type a name (or even a few letters) into the search box on the top left corner of the screen and the list will magically shrink.

Here’s the important things to know:

Date of Birth. When you click it, a calendar will pop up. We use this to identify the patient, so please ensure it is correct.

Mobile number

We send a text to the patient straight away. It has a link to the app, video instructions and our support line. This is important to fill in correctly.

If they don’t have a mobile, please put in their home number so we can still provide telephone support.
